Choose our Words Carefully

Words are very powerful and I think sometimes through the struggles and the stresses of life we say things that we wouldn"t say normally.The quality of our thinking.the thoughts and beliefs we entertain, WILL make all the difference in the quality of our life. Emerson said,We are what we think about all day long.If you allow garbage in,garbage is bound to come out.If you let good thoughts dominate your mind,good is likely to come your way. LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE.Far too many us have the habit of saying negative phrases to ourselves such as "I can"t do that" or "this is the way it"s always been" Things never change. Sometimes ,it can get too the extreme."I am such an idiot" or I"m so stupid.Help us be careful of the words that come out of our mouth. WE need to go from those ugly words I can"t to those beautiful words I CAN What we verbalize is what we will receive. We all want confidence, success,achieving our goals,beliefs and possibilities, so be careful what we let our mind and thoughts dwell on
