Update on the New Social Platform, "IT"

I shared on my last blog (https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/raphaelstarr/blog/new-social-media-to-share-content-worth-it) about a new platform that would be awesome to share content on. It's called "It." There were some skeptical comments, so i wanted to post some updated information here.

It's moving along quite nicely. It has officially launched. The app is now available on Google Playstore, Amazon App store, and iOS App Store. This is a far cry from other failed social networks that never even made it to launch (Ripplin is one that was formed as a business instead of a free social/shopping site that never even launched, let alone got approved apps--you can't even find traces of the site or business anymore). I use it daily and have made some interesting contacts on the site.

The draw is information and shopping. The information that people share range from cool pictures, pictures of family/friends, articles they find interesting, Youtube videos, animated gifs, or whatever. Some are posting affiliate links (which may not be the smartest thing). I've posted some posts from my site and have generated traffic and one amazon sale yesterday from it. It works!

As far as personal use, I've been able to save quite a bit a money as I order music supplies, household goods, electronics, and even some groceries. The network also pays some of their affiliate commission back to you for using their network:)

I know this is only one tool to use, so I wouldn't put all my eggs here. But it's also one other avenue to reach yet another audience.
