The picture above is a scene looking out my back door. I'm not really sure what peak that is but it certainly is a beautiful sight to behold. I've lived most of my life in one part of Colorado or another. It is a wonderful place to live as the people are friendly and there are about 300 days of sunshine every year. Today is not one of them. The life I've lived has been a different path than most, living in 7 different places. I was born in California and live there the first five years of my life.My mom, my brother and I moved to Colorado. We were to remain in the same house until I was seventeen and my mom remarried and she and her husband moved me to Oregon. Nine months later we moved back and I graduated with all my friends. Now, 18 I was ready to conquer the world with my novels.

This was when I began my adventures, moving into my own apartment with a friend, working construction and going out as much as possible. A year later I joined the Navy and a year after that I was discharged. I worked for another year mostly in construction and after that I went hitchhiked from Colorado to Massachusetts for my friend’s wedding. After the wedding I hitchhiked to Florida where I went to work on a shrimp boat. During my five years in Florida I also worked in a bakery and at a recycling place. I was a beach bum down in the keys and a companion for a quadriplegic

Moving from Florida I had to stay in Dallas as the two tires blew out on the LBJ Freeway. I ended up staying in Dallas for 4 years working construction and apartment maintenance. I met a lot of really nice people, got married and divorced and finally moved back to Colorado.

After 4 years in Colorado working in a motel as the night manager I moved to Phoenix. There I floundered for awhile and decided to go to tech school to learn how to repair computers. I went to work for Radio Shack so I could be considered to work in their R&D department. That really didn't pan out, so I moved back to Colorado and have been on one side of the mountains or the other ever since.
