Surprise Sale!
Well that was unexpected!
I've been focusing so much on writing daily, hunting for keywords, applying with affiliates to link, finding images, and blasting social media with pretty pictures - that I didn't even THINK to check my affiliate stats.
Then I saw someone's blog earlier about an unexpected payout and I thought I'd check and see if anyone had clicked on my amazon links yet because that would give me some idea of whether or not my page is getting any traffic.
Well not only did I have 29 clicks, I had 3 orders and a 10% conversion rate. I'm not going to get rich on the $1.77 I made today, but hey! It's a start! And considering my page is still being built - I'm pretty happy with this beginning!

That's awesome, dude! Very encouraging! Now you know you just need to scale! May I ask how long you've been writing and how many posts you have so far?
I've been at it about 2 weeks - so not long. My affiliate links have only been up about 3 days! Blog wise, I have about 5 or 6 posted, and about 4 saved in my drafts ready to go. I also have about 3 pages I'm working on behind the scenes - hopefully they'll be live in a week or so. Then I'll do a full launch on social media for my new site! It's coming along! :)
