Glad I decided to stay
3
A few weeks ago, I had taken quite along time away from WA and found it really hard to get back in to. I very nearly left.
Fast forward to now and I'm so glad I decided to carry on. It is hard work fitting it in around the little ones, but I'm finding my way, and my website is coming along nicely now.
Looking forward to seeing what comes next :)

I can totally relate to this - do you use a weekly planner of any sort?
I sometimes make the mistake of leaving my WA time till the end of the day and then I'm too tired or frazzled or the boys take 3 hours to go to bed and my time is used up!!
I find that reading posts in the forum help to remind me why I joined and I get my 'mojo' back!
Keep up the good work.

Its so hard isn't it Em, no I don't use a weekly planner. That's a good idea though.
I don't have any childcare through the day and my one year old objects heavily if I try and use my laptop...If she naps I can get a quick 20 minute session in but then when I've collected my 3 year old is back from nursery there's no chance!
My only opportunity do get anything done is evening and I have a bit of time on the weekends, but being heavily pregnant isn't helping because some evenings I'm just too tired! I've just accepted that this will take me a while longer and doing little bits here and there will all add up.
I do find I get a bit overwhelmed with what I should do first...watch a training video, do another post or finally finish off my review but I'm getting traffic now which is keeping me motivated.
Take Care, Sarah x
I have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old too and have my 1 yr old with me ALL THE TIME. And you are so right - 1 yr olds and laptops don't mix. If he's in his highchair I can get a bit done or if he's sleeping.
I use a weekly planner and have 2 to do lists, one for training and one for activity as I find it's important to not forget one or the other. I set myself a target each week of 'x' number (depending on my week) of content writing sessions and my word target is 100 words. It's so low because then it seems easy to do and I often go over, but even if I just write 100 words, I am still moving forwards.
If I find myself with a block of child free time - my high priority task is planning and research - so then when I have little snippets of time through the week I don't waste it planning or researching I just know straight away what to get on with which I find saves me time too.
You should applaud yourself for ANYTHING you get done with a 3yr old. 1yr old AND bump - I have huge admiration for you :)

One of the updates to WA this year is mobile friendliness!! This will help us... we can build our businesses whilst we are up doing night feeds!! ;)
Good to know, that will be really helpful :)
