Course 2, Lesson 10: Sharing My Progress

Hi everyone!

this is my very first blog post in WA (small baby steps), hope it will be a small starting step to a super awesome journey :)

Prior to joining WA, I had never thought that I could create a website, drive a traffic into it and potentially generate sales out of it. After completing Course 2, I did it! Kyle, thanks a lot for the great step-by-step training.

1) My progress thus far:

I have created a website for a niche which I feel comfortable writing about. I have progressed from having zero knowledge about how to built a website to having a skill to create a new website which will have traffic directed to it. I feel proud of myself :)

2) My website that I have created:

I have created a website to discuss about good and bad gift ideas for baby. The vision of my website is to help people not to choose the wrong gifts which in turn would help to reduce waste. I'm tapping on my personal experience as a new parent who received a lot of gifts for a baby daughter. It turned out that 50% of the gifts that we received were just fancy gifts which were not practical and served little benefit to my daughter. I would like to educate people that sometimes a less fancy gift (but yet practical) will be appreciated more by the gift recipient.

3) Any successes (not just financial, but things you are proud of):

I have created my very first website. That alone is already a big success for me.

4) Your plans and goals in the upcoming 3 months

My goal is to generate my first sale from my own website.

5) Your plans and goals in the upcoming 6 months

My goal is to generate consistent income of USD 66.00 per month from my website. Enough to break even to pay off my WA and Jaaxy monthly subscription (USD 47.00 + USD19)
