I've joined a few special interest groups lately and I've learned a few things about ranking number 1 on Google and it's not as easy as you might think.

Here are a couple of things you'll need to get your website to rank even close. These are probably not in order of importance and I'm sure this list is not complete.

Here goes hope I get this right. 1 20-40 backlinks to .gov and .edu sites, you can find these in warrior forum edu links 2 3k-4k forum links you can get these in web 2.0 link packages 3 high PR link packs 4 paid blog links 5 comment links 6 paid blog review links here you can look up your competitors on yahoo site explorer 7 Bookmarks about 200 and press releases these you get after everything else.

Here are five things that are very important

1. Authority
2. Link diversity
3. Good page rank
4. Relevancy
5. Trust

Here is another thing that is very important the Domain age this is what gives you authority. Authority is the secret sauce that makes magic happen.

And here are some must have plug-ins

1. Xml sitemaps
2. All in one SEo
3. SEO smart links
4. HTML extension on pages
5. WP to twitter plug-in
6. WP super cache
7. SEO slug
8. Configurable tag cloud

All of that is for onsite SEO.

Then theres Off page SEO for the things you need there you can go to a site called scrapebox.com and buy link packs for about $57.

Then you'll need Profile links and signature links. You'll also need to get High powered web directory submissions. I also have a list of sites you can go to for help or link packs.

I'm sure if you go to these sites and inquire they will let you know what you need.

I believe these are just some of the pieces you'll need and as far as putting them all together I really have only a little inkling of what goes where.

I really just put all of this together to give you an idea of what it takes to rank number 1 in the search engines.
