Introduction
Good Afternoon to all you lovely people at the Great WA Family, as always do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.
It has been a strange week in many ways, I have done my usual jobs, but very little in the way of extras, not sure if I have been recovering from the touch of flu, or what, but I have been very tired on most days and doing things has seemed like too much trouble.
Even today, a lovely sunny day, woke up with the intention of going in the garden and getting things done! I do go into the garden, had a look round, came back in and made a cup of coffee!
Must be honest the garden did cheer me up a little with the magnolia stellata now in full bloom, the magnolia tree in full bud and several flowering cherries providing a lovely scent as I walked by. When I open the kitchen door onto the patio I am greeted by the lovely smell of the pot of Hyacynths which is just outside, I do love spring with the flowers and shrubs coming to life. In areas that do require my attention a number of self seeded primroses, polyanthas and cowslips have appeared making those dull areas bright and cheerful.
The Past Few Days
When I was in town the other day, I called in at the shop that sells my ready Sunday dinners, delighted to find that they had got two meals in that I had not seen before, Roast Pork and Roast Lamb, bought one of each and had the Lamb today, a really nice change, followed by triple Chocolate Gateaux, I did mean to have an Apple Pie, but when I got it out of the freezer, it looked so old that I just threw it away. It was then that I remembered that I bought it before Yvonne passed away -enough said!!

I have spent the last few days reading a lot of content which I have on my hard drive, trying to catch up with topics that I know little or nothing about - I can hear you say that could be quite a lot!! I did have a play with inputting a phrase or two into AI, was totally amazed at the result, I can now see just how useful this tool could be, providing that I adjust it to my voice.
I have been playing with my book, also some ideas for the Cooking Website, reading so much content I now realise that I really do not know very much about anything! Do I then have a complete re-think about how I go about the business, or am I just at one of my confused stages!! Knowing me anything is possible!
Did have couple of pieces of good news, my youngest Grreat Grandson has finished his teaching Apprenticeship and been offered a contract to keep him at the school until he goes to University, my Youngest Grandson who has little or no luck on the jobe front since he left school only Agency work, has finally been offered a contract at where he is working, so very pleased for both of them.
We were all out the Football yesterday, had a great afternoon, so much so that I am thinking of deciding if I can justify buying my season ticket again, I do have until the end of April to get the discount, but I will see.
The Next Few Days
Part of me says getting rubbish out of the garden and into the compost bins, the other says continue playing with the content on the hard drive, I even feel that I should make yet another list and try to get to grips with things. Another says jump on a Bus and go into the Peak district or one of the big towns, like Derby or Nottingham for the day! Another one of those times of almost confusion, but as always we will see!
Be Happy, Healthy and Wealthy.
Please do take care and stay safe.
God Bless
Stuart
