Introduction

Good Evening to all you lovely people at the Great WA Family, as always I do hope that you are all keeping both safe and well, and not suffering too much from the heat if you live in the UK.

Appreciate that it is a Saturday Evening, and that my blog is usually written on a Sunday, but I am at Cricket all tomorrow and I do not expect to be back until very late tomorrow evening.

The reason for the title will be explained as I ramble through my blog, it is a real ramble tonight for a number of reasons.

Getting back from my holiday, has, for some reason left me really tired, not sure if it is due to the travelling that I did, the heat, or just a little not sure what I did, thou I did do a fair amount of walking and Bournemouth is quite hilly.

The Last Few Days

To begin with I did have a fair amount of washing to do, thankfully with the weather being so warm it dried very quickly indeed.

I had the two compost bins to fill ready for Friday Morning, these took very little effort, but in one respect gave me thoughts, ideas and even more work.

When I worked at the Garden Centre I qualified as a Garden Designer a skill which I have not really used to any great depth since I left the Garden Centre. Since I returned from holiday I have had a really good look at how the garden is planned or organised, allowing for the fact that at the moment it is a total tip!!!

As a result I have spent sometime thinking how things can be improved. I intend to start with the kitchen patio, and giving it a complete makeover. That does not mean that I will ignore the rest.

This evening I attacked the bottom corner which houses the Raspberry bed, beginning to clear that area, I was surprised just how much better it looks with just an hour or so's work.

The plan should I stick to it, will be to do a little bit each day, Cricket, Weeding and Shopping permitting!!

Once I have filled the compost bins I will put the rubbish in bags, these can then be loaded into the compost bins when they have been emptied. The plan is simple the carrying out may not be quite so.

I have done a little work on the business, drafting out the design, chapters and content of a booklet which I might make into a product.

The Next Few Days

Ideally I will carry out my intended plan, not forgetting that I want to redesign the kitchen patio, this will need to be costed as well as designed!

You may recall that I read a book whilst I was on holiday, as I did not take my lap top with me I was unable to follow the training which was at the end of each chapter. I have managed to make a start on this, think that it will prove to be most useful.

Hopefully I will continue with the garden and make an effort on the business, but as usual we will see how I feel.

While I remember next weeks blog could also be done a Saturday as we have another match next Sunday.
