Introduction

Good Afternoon to all you wonderful people at the WA Family, as always do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.

The one good thing about the past week has been the glorious weather, spending days on the members' balcony watching the cricket. Who is that said retirement is rubbish! Having said that, do believe that you do have to keep yourself occupied in one way or another,

The Last Few Days

Did say last week that I would spend what time that I had available trying to make sense of everything that I had on the hard drive. Put another way have a really good sort out.

Many thanks for those who gave me some really useful comments, the one that I liked best, in fact is the one that I am trying to follow, was that I should concentrate on a couple or so items and park the rest until those chosen are working.

When I had started to get sorted, I began to realise just what a huge task it is that I have set myself, so much so, that I am attacking it from a slightly different angle.

Have set up a couple or so files that are labeled in such a way that I will know where to look for specific items. This hopefully will enable me to eventually choose which areas I concentrate on. These files could just get too large, but that does not matter as I will be able to thin them down when I have finished sorting things out.

Find that as I sort through the many items, that I am beginning to start to get some ideas such as lead magnets started, also a sales letter, and the outline of a couple of E Books. This is not procrastination but my way of being active whilst I get organised. The idea being that when I get back to a particular product or project, some ideas will be there waiting for me.

Hopefully this will stop me scratching my head thinking now what shall I do with this, just hope that this bright idea works.

My mentor also has been in contact, so that was a good session full of very useful ideas, just have to learn to prioritize what I am doing, this being me, is a lot easier said than done.

Have found time to import more facts into the Famil Tree, still do enjoy doing that.

Do think that this blog could be a little on the brief side this week, but like to do it every weekend.

Thought Of The Week

This just appealed to my sense of humour.

The Next Few Days

Intend to continue to carry on sorting out the hard drive, if it takes me another few weeks, then so be it. It is starting to make sense what I am attempting to do, which is the most important thing, then will come the fun of new lead magnets, opt-in pages, products and funnel building.

Not to mention continuing to build my list, which I have neglected over the past couple of weeks.

Note that I have the first planning meeting for this years' remembrance days parade and service, this will be via zoom, one day we will get back to having proper meetings. You will gather from my last comment that I prefer face to face, not you can speak next.

One comment that I smile at when I attend such meetings, is that so-and-so has just entered the room, really I thought that this virtual. lol.

Conclusion

Not a lot to conclude on this week, but I do know in the time available that I have done a fair amount of work, so I am not totally unhappy with how things are going.
