Introduction

Good Afternoon to all you lovely people at the Great WA Family, as always do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.

For a change thought that I would write my weekly blog after lunch, OK, after my nap which I have after my lunch!!

Must confess that I did enjoy what I cooked up today, so that you are not too dissappointed I had:

A ready Turkey Dinner, followed by Millionaire Cheese Cake, finishing with the Cheese Board with five cheeses, all very pleasant, as it was all washed down with a Glass of Malbec.

As usual the title to this weeks blog says it all, having said that it was great fun as you will see.

The Last Few Days

Last week, I think it was, I mentioned having to sort out some of the websites that I have registered, having made a start on this, thought that I would look at some of my content while I was about it.

As a result going through some of the content a number of ideas came into my mind that would be ideal to use as free gifts on some of the sites, when I decide to launch them. Mainly as booklets, but none the less ideas that will help when I get those sites going.

I have already made a start as you are aware on the free offering for the Cooking Site, in fact have added a number of chapters to it this week. They need a proof read to ensure that there are no glaring errors!! In fact I really ought to make the effort on that site as a number of people when they hear about it have asked for details, so I think that I ought to have a look and see what needs to be done before it can be launched. Finishing the freebie is one thing that comes to mind!

The Garden has been ignored this week for a number of reasons, but my visit to the Bank went OK, back in June!!

I know that I need a holiday, just want to get away, get a little depressed at times, think that this is when that I miss not having the car, mainly also Yvonne, but I must just get on with life.

However I have done a little work on my hobby of some seventy years, My Stamp Collection, I bid at an offline auction recently and was successful in my bids for all those that I hoped to be, some year collections of Gibralter. These have now been entered in the catalogue and put in the appropriate Album.

The Next Few Days

Having read the above section, feel that several things come to mind, the Garden, the Cooking Site, notice that I am at the Toe Drs on Tuesday, the next home Cricket Match starts on Friday and I have been invited to attend a Poppy Appeal Presentation on Saturday Evening, that will be abusy day as I will be at the second day of the Cricket first, still it will make a change and it will be nice to see some old friends again. Must confess that I do miss going to the monthly meetings with the Branch having closed.

Having realised that we are playing Gloucestershire I have beome friendly over the years with some of thier Vice-Presidents, so it will be nice to see them again and have a natter. This stems back to when I was stationed down in Somerset.

Just hope that I can fit in all that I am hoping to do next week!!
