A Day at the Cricket

Introduction

Good Afternoon to all you lovely people at the Great WA Family, as always do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.

Do appreciate that I am writing my Sunday Blog on a Monday Afternoon! Hope that the reasons, or excuses will be acceptable. In fairness I did forget to mention last weekend that I thought that this blog would be late, for the reasons that will follow.

I knew that I would be out most of the day on Sunday, just forgot to mention it, did think of starting it on Saturday, but fell asleep before the football started, in fact did not wake up until half time! I have been sleeping a lot during the day, think that it is the weather which is affecting me, also need my holiday!!

The Last Few Days

The last sentence sums up the last few days nicely, sit in my chair for a minute start to read my Kindle next news it can be hours later!

I was able to spend the day at the Cricket yesterday, it was a T20 game, which started in the Afternoon, this enabled me to catch a Bus after the game, otherwise I would have to leave very early, which does not make it worthwhile going!

Having said that I now have found a different Bus, which means that I might be able to stay a lot later, but will explore this when I get back from my Holiday.

It means a downhill walk of a about a mile, which is preferable to the one mile uphill walk. As it was a hot day as I was going past the Pub at the top of my street I popped in for a quick pint, which I enjoyed before going home and popping a ready Beef Dinner into the microwave. I then sat in my chair for a few minutes and woke up at 4am, put the washing on went to bed!! Woke just before 8 o'clock.

Having said that it was great to see my friends again and they were pleased to see me, I do miss the banter which we have when we are together.

Have now hung the washing out, but I am somewhat tired, sat in the Sun has probably not helped.

I treated myself to Lunch yesterday, it was very nice, Fish Pie followed my Cheese and Biscuits, must confess that the Chesses and Biscuits are really very good, with a good selection of chesses.

I have found a article on how to go about producing my own product, a few different ideas which have interested me, so I am studying them, with a few to seeing how that they can help me when I get back from holiday.

Forgive me for getting this a little out order, but I am trying to remember what I have done these last few days! Did do some tidying up in the garden, filled one compost ben ready for collection before I go away.

The Next Few Days

AS i mentioned earlier I am going on Holiday on Sunday morning, until the following Saturday, it is only a few days, but I am hoping that the break will do me good. I did go to Bournemouth last year after Yvonne died, but I am going by Coach this time, it includes three trips, but I only intend to go on two of them, this gives me three days to do my own thing,

The Hotel does look very nice, complete with a swimming pool, saves me going down to the Beach if I fancy a dip before Breakfast, OK Dinner. LOL.

So I hope to post next weeks Blog on Saturday, not sure what I will do this week, getting packed will be at the top of the to do list!!
