Anyone know how this can be set up?
I'm trying to set up on my site, a way to post a picture, then when the user hovers the mouse over it, that the picture zooms in on a portion of the picture, with the ability to move the zoomed in part when the mouse moves. I've seen this before on some non-WA websites.

I have used a similar plugin before, the one below looks like the one you're after.
To install it to your website, from your wordpress dashboard
go to Plugins > find Add New > search for Zoom Image in the search bar. You can choose to install and activate the plugin from there.
