Building A Network On Pinterest Requires the Aid from My WA Family

I have been doing this for a few months now, however, my following is very low on Pinterest. https://www.pinterest.com/FASH10NABLETR3NDS/_created/ I am wondering what else can I do to increase my following? Do I need to add even more content or should I ask people to follow me in my articles? What do you think?
I ask because Pinterest is offering a creator fund for my niche if I have more than 1000 followers. The creator fund will help drive traffic to my Pinterest account, which would ideally drive more traffic to Fashionable Trends. I only have 4 followers and I have to apply by April 11th. Weirdly enough, the only solution I could think of is to ask everyone that sees this post to add me on Pinterest and I will follow you.
Otherwise, I will have to miss out on this opportunity and just await the next potential opportunity. If anyone has anyone has an idea to make this workout or if you decide to follow me on Pinterest I appreciate your help and any guidance offered.
