How do I move images when I upload them on my posts?

Assuming you are working in SiteContent, before you upload the image put the cursor at the far left side of the line of text where you want the top of the image to appear then select whether you want the image to appear on the left, center or right side of the post. Click upload and the image should be where you want it.

For some people that have their website/s up and running what are some key widgets that you have on them that people use frequently?
If your website is new and doesn't have much content then all you need is a search bar, recent posts, and recent comments. As you build out your website and create more content you can categorize your content and add a 'categories' widget to your sidebar. Later on, you can add other widgets you think you might need. That's what I typically do for my sites.
