I wanted to host my website on a domain that I own. I have bought a domain on GoDaddy.com and hence Wealthy Affiliate asked me to change the nameservers and point them to WA. I
I wanted to host my website on a domain that I own. I have bought a domain on GoDaddy.com and hence Wealthy Affiliate asked me to change the nameservers and point them to WA. I
I clicked on support ticket. Now it first asks me is it related with your website?
I selected yes and then I cant select anything. The support ticket doesn't get created and hence I am stuck. Any suggestions? Sorry if I am missing something, I am really new to this site.
I see your problem.
I think the best thing that you can do is to send a private message to Kyle and to Carson too.
If you go to your "Profile" page, you will see the word "questions" at the top. Click on that and you should be able to send your message.
You could also click on "questions" and post a question there.
But did you know that it can take a day or so for your domain to show here after you have transferred it, when did you do that?

I did it 6-7 hours ago. But the point is, I checked on whatsmydns and it shows that the nameservers are pointing to WA(which was what I intended to do). Still WA doesn't allow me to build my website.
I will try messaging Kyle and Carson and see what they have to say about this.

I think you will find that you just have to wait for it to show, how long is it that you did it?
I did almost at the time I posted the earlier comment. I checked it right now as well. Same problem again.
