I am trying to autoforward and this is the message I receive. Any suggestions?

The issue is that for each website you can only have either a webmail or an email forward. You can not have both

To create an email forward for your account you have to first delete the current site email you have associated with that account.

You cannot have both at the same time that is why you are getting that message.

So decide if you want to keep the web email or not. If you decide you prefer an email forward then delete whatever you have and create an email forward. I hope this helps

Thanks for the quick reply. If I am understanding you corretly, if I delete the webmail it doesn't delete that email address, just the webmail management of that email address, is that correct?

If that is the case, how would I send emails from that email address when responding to emails that come through?

Yes that’s exactly what I am saying. You will still be creating a webmail but rather than having a physical webmail. All the emails you receive will be forwarded to your personal email or whatever email you decide to use. Refer to the picture to see what I mean. Notice that I still have an email linked to my site domain but all emails will be forwarded to a different email.

I hope this is not too confusing for you.

Thanks again. I will do that and see what to do about replying later. I did a test on a different account and it didn't work. I will have to play around. Thanks for the insight!

That is how it should work. I am not sure what the issue is. Can you take a screenshot so I can see exactly what it is that is the problem?

It looks to be set up correctly, except I am not receiving my test emails. The forwarding appears to not be working.
