Answer: Depending on where your site is presently hosted, there are several training tutorials to show you how to do this. See 1st screen print below...
For more specific training moving your website from YOUR present host to WA, you could search here at WA to see if that training has been provided. See second screen print below for an example host...
Be sure to ALWAYS back up your entire website BEFORE doing ANYTHING else. In this way you will have your website, theme, plugins and content.
