No Sarcasm Today- It's Friday the 13th, with my track record and attraction to black cats and ladders, I am sure to get zapped! I'm keeping it real today. Align yourself with individuals who support your mission (#7 Step)
Many a relationship has been severed or at least put on hold because not everyone in a certain circle is down for the cause. This is one of the most crucial and more difficult steps to achieve and stick with. It's no secret that like minds can move mountains. It's also no secret that a weak link can break an otherwise strong chain. In other words, stay away from the energy zappers, Debbie Downers and oppressors. It doesn't mean that if your husband or significant other isn't supporting your goals that you should kick him or her to the curb. It just means that you have a little bit of a tougher job convincing them to hop on the train before it takes off without them. The key is to stay focused on your goal and if that means putting blinders on temporarily, then do it and know it's for the ultimate prize! Surrounding yourself with supportive people is the key to your powerful arena. The individuals who can be part of your empire from the ground up, those who are building the blocks one by one, and shopping for the perfect red carpet for your big debut are the ones who will help you move those mountains, happily escort you to the Power Players Arena and honor you when you get there!
These 7 steps to the Power Player Arena are just the beginning to building your empire. No matter what your idea of an empire is, believing in yourself and presenting yourself to the world authentically will be what keeps you there. You are not a fad, because fads change and die off. You are real and you have just begun to put yourself in the real world and the most powerful arena there is- your own!
