A Special Shout Out
Herein lies a lesson in focus, consistency and technique. And I learned their value the hard way.
There is a silver lining though...progress!
I made the mistake of losing my focus by trying to battle on way too many fronts.
I was growing a Facebook group.
Posting videos on TikTok.
Being the admin, moderator or contributor to over 80 Quora spaces.
Now, I have learned a great deal from. engaging on them but I was not experiencing any progress other than gaining followers and views.
My thick head wasn't practicing what I'd been taught here at WA and what I told others on the platforms that as I was cultivating my brand
I asked for help here and Miss Dianescorpio gave me some great advice.
My marching orders were to focus on publishing articles on my blog website. At least 2 a month for several months.
Focus and consistency... Check!

Next was to figure out a workable technique.
What I had was a stumbling work in progress. And not having a step by step approach can become exhausting sometimes.
Then Partha posted his article:
Wow...game changer!!
Since reading that post, I have published 5 articles on my blog and 3 on Medium.
2 of the 3 articles on Medium are on page one of Google's search engine results page. 1 is page one position 1 for over 2 weeks.
This morning I received a notice that one of my articles was indexed on my blog so I typed the title into my Google browser and found it.
Page one, position one!!
Technique... Check
The main reason for this post was to thank Miss Diane and Partha for their advice and guidance 🙏!
The second was to give anyone who is struggling the encouragement that I received to keep at it.
Focus
Consistency
Technique
Gain traction on your own blog and then later you can jump to other endeavors. I am certainly not saying to avoid the other platforms because we do have to promote our content.
Just remember where your priority lies.
