The competition is way too high. I mean sure its possible but I'm 99.99999% certain you won't come in first. You're competing against 260,000,000 other pages including the likes of WebMD, Wikipedia and others that are established authorities. Part of the process is to find keywords that have a lot less competition. If you got to #1 on this keyword though, you're in for a HUGE PAYDAY...
