Your niche not necessary related to your job. It should be something you have passion about - your hobby?
It can also come from the thing you want to learn or explore. This requires more research from you but it's still doable.
List all the things that comes to your mind and shortlist them on paper. From the list, choose one that you really think you want to build your niche site.
