I'm coming back to coding!

When I joined WA, I swore to myself that I will be restricted to plain and simple website development and article writing, research, feedbacks, comments, learning, blogs and whatever WordPress themes that's available. Without touching html and CSS.

I was wrong.

The better me can't rest, as it was 15 years ago, that when I see something, I would make a pick of what I like in something, then try to bring that all together.

Like the Hiero theme which had the featured image and excerpt as its feature. Then the fonts of Iconic One. And the AdSense of HeatMap Adaptive. And the colorful-ness of many other themes and their fanciful-ness. All in contrast to what Kyle said to make simplicity in the themes and quality in the contents a good balance.

But hey, this is me. So I have learned. I have searched. I have installed and tried plug-ins and many, many themes.

And I have touched HTML and CSS codes - again. That part of me will remain, for the good!

This is good thing... I think it's a way to take more control... Yesterday I was playing with JavaScript on a WordPress page, to understand how it all fits together, and I got most of it working... I had to use a plugin, but I avoided ftp, which is good...

Agree, Gary! Absolutely.

Just good thing is that we have the free websites to test whatever we are doing, so we don't break the live websites.

Thank you!
