You seem to be having other problems, why is you question repeated over and over. Is your internet service slow. Once you can activate a plugin or it appears in the window it is supported; deactivate both and try again , get one completed successfully first, read the details carefully or any other info that appears at the top.sometimes a plugin is not supported by the theme, look to see if that notice appears.
