There is nothing else that gives you the joy of doing something you love. Many people have many kinds of hobbies. Some like to garden, some like to read books and some like to collect stamps.
But what if your hobby can help you create some amazing habits by influencing your habits?
Today I will discuss four such hobbies, which will not only give you pleasure but also help you to create some amazing habits.
Reduce social media time, read more books:

We spend almost all of our free time just scrolling on the internet. It only wastes our time. We cannot know anything new or learn anything new. But if we spend this time on a book then our knowledge will increase manifold.
This doesn't mean you have to retire from using the internet. You use the internet, social media but to a limited extent. Also keep a book or magazine with you during free time.
Open a book and start reading the same time you used to scroll through a news feed. You will see that internet addiction has started to decrease and interest in reading books has started to increase.
Exercise more, say goodbye to the gym:

Exercising at the gym requires a lot of mental energy, which is why many of you have gym membership cards lying unused. Join a local community. Where you can combine cycling, kickboxing, boot camp, and yoga with an equal amount of gym time.
At the same time, it will increase your self-strength and morale. Another great benefit is that your hobby will become a habit in this community. For example, cycling, yoga, etc.
Eat healthy food, learn to cook:

Health is the root of all happiness. So maintaining good health is first and foremost. If you want to eat good food then there is no point in going to any restaurant all the time. Learn to make your favorite foods. Cook and feed the rest of the family. Because no one knows better than you what foods are best or healthiest for you and your family.
Once you learn how to cook healthy food, you can easily find healthy food items at the grocery store. Besides keeping your health good will increase the taste of your food manifold.
Finally avoid laziness and spend time in nature:

Many of us don't watch the sunrise in the morning because of laziness. This laziness is responsible in large part for most of our bad habits. If we want to eat healthier, spend less time online and exercise, we need to overcome this laziness, while getting closer to nature.
Spend time in nature. Go for a walk or hike in a park or open space near your home. Go to a nearby park and spend some time sitting on a bench, reading a book if necessary. Go to morning work. Try the home market yourself. Try to walk in nature as much as you can. During the holidays, take the family for a stroll through the greenery or a park.
Whatever hobby you enjoy, try to build that hobby around an activity that brings you closer to nature. Then it will not only help you experience the natural environment but also help you to be self-motivated.

What a great post. I think WA is worth the subscription even if you didn't use it for affiliate marketing. Reading posts like this can change your whole life if you apply them to your daily routine. You will be happier and fitter. This will have a 'knock-on' effect in every part of your life including family and friends. All four of these are wonderful suggestions for hobbies. Reading is already a habit I have. Although I use social media for my online business, I spend no personal time on those formats other than communicating with my grandkids. They post the dumbest things. I just have no desire to see a camel playing the piano. Great suggestions!!
