I have realized that I created a broad niche ( 2nd website) after I have bought the domain. I have published posts, but I am not comfortable with it. Should I go ahead and continue work on it even if my niche is so broad? I need help, please?

Can you break it down into categories?
Ex: Jewlery can be broken down into:
Rings
Neckalces
Braclets
His/Hers etc.
Try that. It can give you a Niche within a Niche, and you never run out of content.
