Learn to say NO
I think most of us don't really want to hurt someone or our loved ones by saying NO to what they want from us or what they want us to do for them. It could be a favor, or something else. We feel uncomfortable to say NO,
If it is within my capacity to do it, I'll do it for them. But this is not the case sometimes. We need to say NO at some point. It's not an easy task because we know that it might ruin our relationship with that person. But we need to say it anyway in a polite way. We may say these phrases, Oh I'm sorry but I must say No or My apologies but I can't at this stage make it, or I would love to but. Depending on how you say it but you have to think more than twice before you say it.

That's well-said. Saying "No" is not easy, for sure.
It not easy doing that to ones we know personally. But in business, it's important as we juggle between tasks and work responsibilities.
That's where the time management component comes in. You can't say "Yes" to everything.

of you if you don't allow it.
Behavior accepted, behavior
permitted.
Thus no one can do it to you
without your permission.
Saying no not only relieves you
of unnecessary responsibilities
you take on yourself but it is so
relieving knowing you don't have
to abide with them against your
will.
So, just politely say, no with a smile. :-)

Sometimes is necessary for you have to say 'No'. It is not humanly possible to say 'Yes" to everyone. So when it is not in your best interest to say 'Yes', don't be afraid to say 'No'.

Praxides i do understand where you come from, specially from other culture its just not nice to say no, sad but it become a problem in the end. Must see how many time you say no and yes therefore if you already say yes once you can say no too, LOL

Thanks Joce, I think most Asian people are just shy to say No. If it is really against our will, then we just say No.
Yeah why is that? LOL typical of us, just want to make everybody happy in our own way!
Nothing wrong with that just few people are taking advantage after!
