How do you describe a gentle person? We envision a gentle person as someone who is kind, amiable, and without rudeness. A gentle person easily makes friends and a good company. He or she is courteous, polite, and soothing to be around. I love this verse in Proverbs 15:1 “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger”

Being gentle is vital in establishing long term relationship with our clients, this I experienced in my almost 20 years in business.

Being rude can be a social thing even a cultural thing. In some countries, fanny is considered a bottom but in some something totally different. I think we must consider cultural and country differences to know if someone is being "rude".

I try my best to be kind but If I do not like something I cannot help but show on my face I do not hide my feelings well would that be considered rude in some cultures?

I was like you before Lisa. I can't hide my feelings if I'm angry. People around knew that I'm angry because of my facial expression, but I've learned that I'm a loser if I do that, so I controlled myself, I have a choice to be angry or not to be angry. I accepted the fact that I'm not perfect also just like other people, I make mistakes. So with that, I can easily forgive others.

I do not feel like a loser at all

This is something I struggle with. It is sometimes hard to be truthful in a gentle way, and I have a bad tendency to be truthful like a machine gun. I know that it has cost me in my business, and it is also often just what the enemy wants, especially these days.

I've encountered a lot of aggressive customers in the past but I usually calmed them down with gentle words, thank God.

I'm inspired :)

Yes, my dear Praxides,

When you use gentle words, other
people would most likely be engaged
in conversation with you with no
intimidation nor fear as they knew
that they will be heard and listened
to and able to relate to their own
message.

This is a good one, Praxides and
thank you so much for sharing.

Blessings.

Elizabeth
