I just set up one of my two free sites. It appears to already be public.
Did it publish?
Hope not. I'm not ready for that.
It's not the end of the world if it did. You can delete and start over if you haven't done too much work.
If you can see it online when you enter the url then yes, its live. No going back! I wouldn't worry about it, you won't get many people visiting a new site that has just gone live. Just continue working on it. You must have pressed publish instead of save as draft.

Was just looking at the calculator on the WA affiliate area... It appears that if you get one sign up per day (which seems like a lot), you get no referral reward?
1 Referral a day would produce a huge income as long as they upgrade to Premium & that would make 365 so Vegas for Free in 2017
Where are you seeing that? If they fill out their profile and pic you will get a dollar, if they go premium you will get a commission for every month they stay premium
There's a calculator on the bottom of the page that opens when you add /share to the WA URL. It lets you type in any number of possible referrals per day, any number of possible upgrades-to-premium per day, and the number of months the referral pays the monthly fee. If you put in 1 referral per day, it says you get $0. That would be no income if hypothetically you had 365 referrals -- one per day -- in a year.

You need to have all three numbers to make that work. 1 referral a day with an average of 1 out of 8 upgrades would make this calculator not work on those numbers. You will still get commissions for each and every upgrade you sign up

Does it matter if your sites are not in SiteRubix? I built mine long ago and the idea of moving them is ... well, poke in the eye with a sharp stick comes to mind...
It is really easy to move them if they are WordPress sites. You will not be able to use some of the site features like comments and such with sites hosted elsewhere
Thanks Shawn... I think I'm catching on. WA is like a WP... shell? Or even extension. They are WP sites. (Love, love WP.)

You can give and receive comments directly from members here and keep your site active. There is also a site feedback feature.

Annie I checked out your profile and it doesn't have the button just under your name that allows you to change the words about yourself in your profile. The button is called 'Actions'. As you have recently joined you might be on the free trial and this might be the cause. Ask a question worded around changing your profile words only and state whether or not you are doing the free trial at this time. Leave out the 'user name bit' as you have the answer below.
Hi. Yes, you can change it. You go into Account Settings (lower left corner) and then you will see at the top of the page where you change your username. You are only allowed to change it one time, so be sure you change it to exactly what you want. :)

Yes you can change it one time! You go to the picture in the right hand corner and click on account setting. There you can change you user name, but it can only be changed one time. At least that is what I have been told.
