Ok, so with Thanksgiving just around the corner, we get our recipes together and all the trimmings too. The same holds true for your website posts. Keyword rich content does not mean "over-stuffing". That would be your enemy.

How often are you using your keywords in your post. An easy way to find out is to use your computer keyboard to do the work for you. By using control + F you can open up a small window that will appear in the upper right hand of your screen. In the box, type in your keywords and that little box will tell you how many times it appears in your post.

It is best to do this after writing your post and before publishing. Your keyword phrase will be highlighted in your texts. As with any recipe, adjust the flavor as needed.
