I just updated one of my websites and it is completely skrewed. All my adsense is acting super funny. The formatting is all screwed up on my pages and posts. They changed features in the editor, it made working with pictures all crazy. They have some major bugs to work out. So if you haven't updated yet, I would wait awhile, until they work out their issues.

Every thing is happy again at outofthepoorhouse.com. There are a lot of changes that have been made in the update and a lot of cool new features.
Warning:
Make sure to update all your plugins and theme if available. It was amazing how much this WP update affected everything in my site and dashboard.
I highly recommend doing some research on the update as well. I just watched a bunch of youtube videos on the WordPress 3.9 update and there is some really cool new features!
