Why am I here?

Every time I enter WA I have to remember to ask myself this question: why am I here?
For that particular session I have to ask myself some task i want to achieve before I move.
At the moment I am generally following across from links in emails, and that is not a good starting point for ME. It means I am a puppet under someone else's control - no wonder I don't achieve anything from this basis.
Yet behind every 'this session' moment is the greater Why of entering WA at all:
the internet was too big and overwhelming, I wanted a safe place to learn at my own pace.
The problem I initially experienced from this was the same one of being under someone else's control. This site is set up for a specific purpose - to learn online affiliation as a means to wealth.
I have struggled with that from a number of perspectives:
I am beginning to see my real question when i enter is Why Not?
Why Not follow this distraction? Because it is inevitably a lower priority than my own reason in coming here. Why Not follow someone else's idea? Because it is not necessarily what I was trying to do.
Why Not helps me clear my head to stay on my own track and actually digest what I have questioned by being prepared for the answer to that question. Why Not helps break down the barriers others have created around me all my life. Why Not reminds me that all the answers are not always already out there. It helps me find the ones within me that I am trying to put into practice for myself to know what I already know.
WA allows me a place to tell others what i know and what I am learning. And that is why I am here.

- there is a difference between touching the passing flow of cash and accumulating it
- there is the wealth of knowledge and friendships
- and how they are bound up in the interests and motivations of others
- and there is the constant overwhelm I feel within myself that everything seems to require more of ME no matter whether I get what I thought I would get back or not.
I am beginning to see my real question when i enter is Why Not?
