5 days.

Day 1. I was a skeptic. I googled "Wealthy affiliate scams" and read every post and watched every video. Everything I read and watched summarized that you get out what you put in. I could live with that so I decided to sign up as a starter member and check it out. It was free, so - what the hey.

Day 2. The website was initially over whelming. So many little words, so many little buttons to press. The intro told me to watch a video, I did. Suddenly, my path was lighting up in front of me. As I checked each task off I felt more enlightened and confident. I could do this.

Day 3. I made my first website. Nothing but a bare bones framework, but it was mine.

Day 4. I learned how to put content in my website. The creative juices were really flowing now. I was starting to understand how making a website was going to make me money, and I could do it by learning about something that I love (I didn't even believe that was possible).

Day 5. I made the leap. I purchased my premium membership. For the first time I feel like the sky is the limit and I actually have the tools to get there. Every creative thought that I have has the possibility to reap a profit. WA has given me the support that I need to leverage the internet to make money doing something that I am passionate about.
