Hi, Judy. I have and I'm like the others as far as getting welcomes for these members. I believe if I show them that we are here for them, they will be more inclined to set everything up. I was shy when I first started and it took me several days before I opened up and added anything to my profile, but the other members here welcomed me with open arms. Hi Peggy, it's working fine now. I noticed he has joined for quite a few days now.. I have had a few referrals who did not set up their accounts after a few days of joining and normally these people would not be interested in continuing. So I suggest that you don't worry about him too much. If he is truly motivated, he would have completed his profile upon the first or second day of joining. Then again, I didn't complete my profile until one week after I joined, so you might have a point. I just wanted to say don't worry too much about those who are not going to be interested, just set up your auto messages and if they are truly motivated, they will do the job for you.
