Blank or White screen issue resolved!

Long story short I found what the problem was by going to the Rubix Manager and logged in to my site's dashboard, clicked on the "appearance" tab where I saw my theme description. There is where it stated that I was missing the "parent" theme to my "child" theme that I originally selected. But I couldn't find the parent theme to download so I had to ask for Site Support, and they came through for me. Thanks to Site Support for their quick response. They found the parent theme and loaded it on my theme tab.

Quick tip on theme selection: read the descriptions thoroughly and if it states that it is a child of a parent theme, be sure to download the parent one first.
