I have a website hosted and created using wix. I'm recreating it in Wordpress but don't want to have it been indexed twice what order should I proceed? Transfer domain first? B
Just thinking maybe you should build your website in wordpress first. When you get it set up. Make copies of all of your content and pictures. You can upload pictures and graphics to your word press media folder. When you are ready just copy and paste your content into the appropriate folders. Then I would transfer your domain. It takes about 24-48 hours for the transfer to complete. During that time frame you should be able to get everything copied and set up. Just a thought on this!
