Network Marketing to Affiliate Marketing
Hey everyone! Wanted to write our first blog post here within WA and share some thoughts about where we're at so far!
First... I know there is lots of mixed feelings within the affiliate marketing industry when it comes to people's view on network marketing business or MLM businesses. Yes, there are lots of scams out there, seen plenty of them. But we have been partnered with some folks for a few years now that have taught us some AMAZING things about business and what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur in general, most of them owning traditional business as well. BUT... it is a totally different mindset and path to success compared to affiliate marketing for sure! We see endless possibility here in affiliate marketing, and within WA specifically as well! This is not a plug for network marketing, but more so for those of you who have been or are involved in that industry and have not had a bad experience like lots of people have, we enjoy that strategy but this seems to be a fantastic way of generating another income stream as well and the folks here are awesome!
So far, we have created our site, www.winthedailybattle.com, learned the basics of creating content and now getting into the traffic driving and money making phases (I think...we'll see where Kyle's awesome training takes us next!). We originally did not plan on using the WA Affiliate program, but we will begin on that once this site is up and running so that we don't get overwhelmed with launching too many at one time. Brittany is planning to come home in a few months when she has our first baby girl, so our 3 month goal is to have a decent amount of cash flow to help fill some of the gap of her income, 6 month goal is to have it mostly covered so we can start building savings again as I'm sure we will need a little bit of our nice sized stash to get through the first few months of parenthood!
Big shout out to the site support folks, they've helped a few times with some basic stuff I needed help on, and we're MEGA QUICK about it too! The overall community here is awesome, and we're looking forward to the next phases of learning how to take this growing site and start generated lots of traffic, revenue, and profit!
