Regular site backup

The other day I tried to log into my site and I could not do to some error. I was not worried but It reminded me its time to backup. I backup my site at least every 10 days on both my PC and USB stick. Today I decided to share this with you and that its important to do so.
We do so much work on your site, and it would be such a los if we loose any of it. I have never put so much work into anything I have done online like I do on my site.
