Hello everyone! Do you find yourself sitting on your site, training on WA, researching on google, on yahoo, watching videos on youtube, checking links on your affiliate programs, looking for products, writing content, translating, adjusting, making mistakes then fixing then, refreshing the page, touching your forhead? And then you notice the hours went by. You stretch and you decide "I need a coffee/tee break. I take my break like now, I am writing this blog to share with you and then I am going to get up and get my cup of tee. I will come back in 20 minutes because I don't shut the PC until I decide I have done enough and I am satisfied with my work for the day. It's like a painting, you know when to put down the brush.
