I do not want to talk about my stuff, but the customers problems

I could need some help for ideas to my content, as I want to avoid just to talk about what I know, in stead would I like talk about the problems the "customers" have.

My niche is about building a saving for what ever purpose people might have, but not by putting the money into the bank.

I want to teach people about the possibilities they have in building a good solid saving via shares in upcoming companies.

The range is between 120 $ - 1.200 $ a month, which people are willing to put aside and see grow with 200 % over time. (this is for real)

So, what I need you to do is to tell me, which questions are you asking yourself after reading the above, please do not hold back give it all to me.
