WordPress: Website title is repeated on title tag.

In my past two days, I was struggling with a problem of the meta title tag of my website. My site title was repeated twice. I did some tweaking with the editor, and i solved the problem.

I wanted to share with the community as well if anyone is having difficulty with this. Please look the screenshot below what i am talking about -

As I have written article about this problem and how to fix it on my website, so I am posting my link only because i don't want to develop duplicate content.
