Thanks for the support
So I have been having a few glitches mainly because I'm not very good with technology, in fact I'm not smart enough to work my smart tv.
I have gone on to live chat with questions which have been answered straight away by the helpful people within the WA community, one of which reminded me about the Site Support team, so then I sent a support ticket, I have had a number of replies from the support team who have not only helped me out but have made me feel like its really ok for me to ask for help even though they must think I'm an absolute thicko. I have also made use of the help search bar at the top of my page and found answers to my questions there.
Thank you all so much for the support! It means a lot to a newbie like me who would be absolutely lost without you

Pixy, WA is a community here to help, it is never too late to learn from those who have done it before you. But yes it is comforting to know that there is plenty of assistance out there as long as you ask.
