Hi. Do you realise these members are bots? They aren't real people. So unlikely they'll respond to any welcome messages.
The usernames give it away 99% of the time. They don't look like usernames real people would use. Then the lack of profile picture & any response to messages etc, confirms it.
You don't think there's something strange if these new members. . .
All have a similar format ( one rarely used by humans ) for choosing usernames.

Yes, they follow automatically, and Kyle and Carson also follow back auto, you have to click the button for following though
HI Pisquali, I did something the same as you just now ... I dont think they are bots, I treat them all as people so I think promoting them to get some followers for them is worth the effort.
