Wondering how to activate emails and contact me on website
Now being in for a little over a month on level 2 and 10th lesson not sure whats lessons are next just doing my 1st blog in here. I had trouble with trying to set up a forward email but all confused I think I may have screwed up because when i first started i jumped ahead on things well that wasnt a good thing to do LOL. I started to watch affiliate boot camp along with regular training in starting. And did an email and I think II verified it from Bootcamp then after getting confused I went back into regular lessons and got to level 2 and tried to do a forward on email it wouldnt let me. I got error saying I couldnt do a forward when i have a webmail accout in WA. I contacted support but there answers didnt help they gave me tags of lessons I had already watched over and over and still couldnt achieve. I want to start applying for affiliate links and Know I have to have a good email account set up for them to verify. In my site i have under my user names as admin and support and Tom @healthylifeforpets.com but cant forward to an outside email can anyone help from beginning or what i have to change to correct this Or is whats in there fine? In your site manager, at the top you will see email, if you already activated your email account for your own domain name, then you will see a tab that says email forward, That is where you do it.
Also, if you are of course 2 lesson 10 and have just written your first blog, I suggest you go back in the training and do everything that you have missed.
The step by step training is laid out the way it is for a reason and will teach you how to lay a solid foundation for your business and skipping around is only hurting your chances for success and not helping you at all
Also in my opinion, you are nowhere near being ready to add affiliate programs.
Affiliate programs will be no benefit to you without traffic and you most likely will not be able to get any meaningful traffic without quality content which you don't have yet
I realized moving to far ahead so i did go back over level 1 did all that then onto level 2 just finish lesson 9 of 10 thats whn i ran into forward email issues. I do have content in my site were you able to see it? Or is it bad? Thanks for helping
also i forgot i was in my wordpress and notice a comment that was answered and it showed admin at my aol account so does that mean i did it right?
no, i didnt see your site, my comment was based on what you said about having written your first blog.
By the way, just for your info, by the time you get to the part in the training where it tells you to start applying for affiliate programs, you would have written at least 10 posts, not including the 3 or 4 pages that would also have been set up by then.
looks like you did it right, later in the training it will show you how to change admin to your own name but its a bit later on
oh ok so im no where near that then just keep writing post as they say like using key words etc. now i did just go back and looked at site email and i entered my admin username then slected domain forward to then entered the aol email account this is what it says Oops! You already have a webmail inbox for tom@healthylifeforpets.com. You cannot have both a forward and a webmail inbox. To create a forward you need to first delete the webmail inbox for tom@healthylifeforpets.com by clicking 'delete' in your list of accounts below.
yes, what I would do is go back over the training and look at each task at the bottom of each lesson and just make sure you have done all of the tasks and you should be fine,
When you first created your domain email at WA, you most likely had an admin account and then you also created the Tom account.
Hopefully you didnt delete the admin account because it is now suggesting that you delete the tom account in order to create the email forward however, I have never created a forward myself, I just use a gmail acccount but this sounds to me, what they are instructing you to do,
oh wait, in the forward part you would put your webmail address such as tom@gmail.com or whatever, not the same domain account again
sorry i cant help any more with the email thing I just thought it was easier to use gmail so i created an account there like yoursitename@gmail.com
Thanks for the input I got the level 3 now I'm at the affiliate link part I'm getting good comments on my site I'm indexed in Google starting to get excited I got approved for Amazon and CJ affiliates going to try for a few more that's not related we got the email issue figured out thanks again hope you success as well
