Can't shake my skepticism
Its the beginning of a new month and I still have not shaken the feeling that I am doing this all for nothing. My financial situation has not improved and I feel guilty whenever I spend money chasing my online dream.
My Dream is to help people so that whatever money I make I feel I have earned it. Wealthy Affiliate has been helpful in getting me started I have a website and a direction but I am doubting myself.
I was never very bright at school and my anxiety can be unbearable at times. My family is the reason I push forward but again when I spend money I feel guilty and I feel I am letting them down.
I hope this is not all for nothing. All I want to do is help.

Hey I agree with Liz1, just relax a little go over your lessons and work on your sites. Remember it take's a while for the search engiens to like you.
Don't beat yourself up...you are here because you want to help people ... this is very admirable and it will pave the road to your success. Hang in there and lean on the community to help you through this period of self doubt. Don't Give Up and Stay Positive. Best of luck!

So within two weeks of signing up, you've managed to get through all the training and put up two websites with affiliate links. You have a problem that I see a lot here and that's thinking that success should not take time. You're basically asking for overnight success. It's way too soon to be skeptical.
What you need is a lot more patience and to continually improve and add content to your sites so that you get the traffic that will turn into conversions.
Pinny, are you chasing a dream, or are you prepared to work HARD to achieve your goals? I'm all for dreams, but hard work is what is needed to get the results that will get you where you want to be. I understand the anxiety that you are feeling, and the doubt that creeps in daily, but staying positive and finding small successes on a daily basis (in your work on the site, or in actual measureable results with Google Analytics or $$) is what will make this a success for you. This will not happen overnight, but with perserverence you will see these successes and that will spur you on! We are all here for you. :) Sarah

Everybody has to some extent what you are experiencing. I always think that there will be another day, new ideas, new opportunities and I am always proven right.
That is true I have to just look at the positive things I have done and will do. Thank you.
