I so often read peoples blogs here at WA asking for help in certain areas and I think wow what a good question I was also wondering this. So here is my question why is it I think not sure what to do here, spend ages trying to sort it myself without success. I then just muddle along until I spot a question by someone asking the same thing I am stuck on, WHY DONT I JUST ASK FOR HELP. I am very independent and like to do this for myself and hate with a passion asking for help. Something I think I need to work on.

I like to try to help myself most of the time, i like to think I'm capable of problem solving for myself. But the whole point of this system is to help each other, and every time you ask a question you may possibly be helping others, as we all get to see them :)

You are so right Jay there is a wealth of knowledge out there with the good people at wa who want to share their knowledge and help others.

We're All Here to Help each other :)

We are Bill I just have to remember this and ask for help

:)

I know where you're coming from pinkabella, I'm the same way. But sometimes we need to swallow our pride in order to move forward. Our success depends on it.

Yes terry we do indeed

I know the feeling. But so far, the answers to my questions have magically appeared as a blog post while I am following someone or reading someone's profile!

But don't forget to ask questions it will help you that is my down fall not asking questions.

Wealthy Affiliate IS magic dontcha know Dee!

Just think of how you would react, when someone has a question of which you know the answer, you would jump two stores high, and send them right away the answer, we are here just WAITING for your questions :)))

Thank you Loes and your right in every walk of life not just here am willing and ready to help

Hey there pinkabella. I know exactly how you feel on this. Personally I like to search for the answer. For me it helps me remember what it was I was trying to solve....and that stupid ole pride thing! Saying that, I wouldn't feel to proud to reach out to the community for an answer or direction when I'm real stuck. Yup I'm stubborn as heck but I do recognize when I need help...and I can feel that coming soon...as I get deeper and deeper into this new addiction called WA..

I have the same addiction WA . I can see myself in a year or so standing up in some back street hall saying My name is Jo and I have an addiction it is called Wealthy Affiliate but I am not here to fill you with negativity I am here to show you light of Wealthy Affiliate lol

lol. It would be a pretty big group of WA 'users'....not your stereotypical addicts ay. Best of luck to you and on-wards and upwards ;)

but we would make a great bunch

I did the same thing at the beginning, thinking I could sort it myself that is, I used the search/ask your question here (directly above)....I even googled my questions!!!! What the holy hizzell was I thinking??!!

As I am getting back in the swing of things I am asking questions as soon as I am stumped.

I'll ask you a question...How much time can you afford to waste? I put a lot of time/effort and, money for that matter, into this business. I have no time to waste. I see you are a premium member just like me. I pay that fee because it comes with incredible support.

Ask as soon as you have a question. I have been using the chat feature. It takes a sec to get used to. If you have trouble with the chat feature...ask a question about the chat feature.

I forgot way back in February that I made Kyle a promise to ask questions....I think I should go blog about how I wasted too much time...breaking that promise.

I made the same promise and like you have wasted so much time looking for the answer, time I could have saved if I had just asked.

Word sister, I should very written...blog about my fail...and how I turned that around abrubtly.

You should go for it girl it will give inspiration to those of us maybe struggling

Chicken roasts you must either be in a different time zone to me or you sure cook at strange times lol. It is bedtime here in the UK

Done deal. I'm going to whoop this out while my chicken roasts ; )

Hi pinkabella ... ask us a question NOW ... to show us you can do it ... many of us do not have all the answers ... myself for Certain ... I'm waiting ... lol ... this will make your Sunday more complete ...

well you have me stumped now, I am trying to think of something to ask, It may take a while but I will think of something.

stick with it pinkabella ... you're doing great ... do it at YOUR pace ... !

I will think of a question in the next 24 hours it may be a daft question but it will be a question

I've done it I have asked a question one of many I have been stuck on. Told you I would lol

How about, how cold does it get on the North East coast in the winter?

Don't you just put your joints (meat that is lolsss) on the back step in the winter and turn the freezer off...haha

You don't want to know the answer to that one lets just say brass monkeys and colder. We don't need freezers in the winter it is making me cold thinking about it lol.

I do but them damned dogs of mine eat it the little monsters.

LOLsssss

Pinkabella - you might even have answered your question - pride (in some form). Why do I not like asking directions? Why do I find it hard to allow someone to help me? Why do I have to re-invent the wheel - and keep stopping at square? Others have already worked out that that way doesn't work.
I wouldn't dare ask the young lady in the image why she likes to dress up. Larry

That's me on a Sarada neet doon the toon for non Geordies the translation is Saturday night down the town lol .Yes I have to learn to ask for help it is something I have had a problem with all my life. In my defence I was brought up in a strict Irish Catholic household, I went to a Catholic Convent School where we were taught asking for help was a weakness and weakness was a trait that didn't belong in a catholic child ?????

I've noticed that the people who ask the most questions here progress the fastest. This is not the place to be too proud. There is a wealth of information here. Pun intended :)

You are right Steve they do, something I have to learn.
