Your WA blog is different from your websites, you are then posting to the WA community.
You can blog your questions at the Wealthy Affiliate, that's the Pencil, top menu, choose Blog at WA. I believe there's a limit to blogging on the Wealthy Affiliate blog roll for the first three months.
Again you may like to post about why you chose the Wealthy Affiliate, how you come about your niche, what are your goals for this week and the following, aspirations, etc.
Your blog (website) will show your latest posts by default.
A page is static i.e. Privacy Policy or an affiliate disclosure while a post goes in your blog roll i.e. About Me or any posts addressing issues in relation to your focused niche website (whether informational or reviews) What is a Page or a Post? - How to Switch a Page to a Post and Vice Versa

Your website is your blog. Blog is an abbreviation of web log. You can publish blog posts on your website and they will be seen by visitors to your website.
As a separate issue, you can create and publish blog posts on the WA platform. These will be seen by WA members and will not appear on your website.
