I always remind people that it is known the mountain Moses ascended just before he went home, and they say today that a 24 year old would have to train to climb that mountain. And his senses had not abated him. We are intended to walk healthy just as Moses did til the day we go home! & we are under the New Covenant! There are other examples as well! I know I have had to fight for my health, but the victories are awesome!

Phyllis, I enjoyed your article. I was particularly interested in your topic, because I'm not planning on growing old (gracefully or any other way). I plan through living a Healthy Lifestyle to reversing the aging process.
My plan is over the next several months through diet & exercise to get into better physical shape than I was in my 30's. To run a 5 kilometer race against a guy 30 years my junior and not only beat him, but my best time for a 5K.
WA, it's lessons and building my website are keeping my mind active. If all goes right my money will outlive me, rather than me outliving my money. Any way, that's the plan.
