Smile awhile
When you walk past someone you know immediately whether they are friendly or not. If they are smiling you know they are, but if they are frowning you know they have something on their mind.
There is so much sickness, sorrow, fear, and trouble in this world, it could make you frown all the time, but if you keep smiling, the troubles get farther away, faster.
HAPPINESS
The Bible says, this too shall pass, and the problems go away a lot faster if you keep a positive attitude and just keep smiling. You have to choose to be happy, no matter what is going on in your life. If you make the choice to be happy, it follows you where ever you go.
LAUGHTER
Laughter doeth good like a medicine. You know where that came from. Laughter is good for you. It lifts your spirit when you're sad. It makes you feel better in every situation.
I always say, keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you're up to.
