My niche is anti aging supplements for over 60's ( I have a very personal interest as I am 66 and keen on longevity!) should I narrow it down - to what - any ideas? Men over 60

I would say that anti aging supplement for over 60's is already a good place to start and not at all broad however it you were to target males in that age group specifically it may be even better, especially if your interest in mainly in men's anti aging supplements. People will come to your website through the content you write and keywords you use and not so much by your domain name. Personally though I would prefer the prolonglifetoyou.com domain Either way, if you write good content on a regular basis, your site will rank.
